Terms of Service

The Gymnastics Blueprint (“the Platform”) is a coaching management tool for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) coaches operating under British Gymnastics rules. It provides skill tracking, session logging, goal setting, and a routine builder scored to the BG Classic Challenge rules.

The Platform is operated by [Your name / company], trading as The Gymnastics Blueprint.

Access is intended for gymnastics coaches and authorised gym staff. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a coach, club administrator, or other authorised gymnastics professional.
• Any gymnast data you enter is for gymnasts you have authority to manage — specifically, gymnasts training under your supervision at your club.
• Where gymnasts are minors, you have complied with British Gymnastics safeguarding requirements and have obtained any consents required by your club or governing body.

You must not enter personal data for individuals you do not have authority to manage, use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to access data belonging to other coaches or clubs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address in section 8.

As the person entering gymnast data, you act as the data controller for that data under UK GDPR. We act as your data processor. You are responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis for entering and processing each gymnast’s personal data.
• Ensuring that gymnast data — particularly for minors — is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and any British Gymnastics data protection requirements.
• Keeping gymnast records accurate and up to date.
• Deleting or anonymising gymnast records when they are no longer needed. The Platform provides in-app tools for this purpose.

All content, code, and design of the Platform is owned by or licensed to The Gymnastics Blueprint. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Gymnast data and coaching records you create remain yours. We process them solely to provide the service.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gymnastics Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or coaching records.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
